Why This Outperforms Competitors?

Dual-Input Design – Supports two power sources for redundant or expanded power supply, ideal for complex systems.

High-Current Handling – Outperforms standard fuse blocks with 200A total capacity, meeting heavy-duty application needs.

Simplified Troubleshooting – LED indicators eliminate the need for manual fuse checks, saving maintenance time.

Versatile Compatibility – Works with 12V/24V systems and a wide range of wire gauges, reducing adapter needs.

Robust Reliability – Corrosion-resistant tinned copper and flame-retardant housing ensure long service life in harsh conditions.

Key Advantages

Flexible Power Distribution – 2-input 4-output design accommodates dual power sources and distributes power to four high-current accessories.
Instant Fault Detection – Red LED indicators illuminate when fuses blow, enabling quick circuit troubleshooting without tools.
High-Current Capacity – Handles 200A total continuous current, ideal for car audio systems, winches, and heavy-duty accessories.
Wide Wire Compatibility – Accepts 0-4 AWG input wires and 4-8 AWG output wires, with included ferrules for expanded capacity.
Durable Construction – Marine-grade tinned copper resists corrosion, while flame-retardant housing meets safety standards.

Installation Guide

1. Disconnect Power – Always remove the battery negative terminal before installation to prevent short circuits.
2. Mount the Block – Secure the distribution block to a flat surface using screws (mounting holes included), ensuring good ventilation.
3. Connect Input Wires – Attach 0-4 AWG power source wires to the two "INPUT" terminals; use included ferrules for secure connections.
4. Connect Output Accessories – Wire 4-8 AWG accessory cables to the four "OUTPUT" terminals; crimp or solder for firm contact.
5. Install Fuses – Insert appropriate AFS/Mini ANL fuses (matching each accessory's amperage) into the designated slots.
6. Secure Cover – Close the clip-on protective cover to shield terminals from dust and moisture.
7. Test System – Reconnect the battery and verify all accessories operate normally; check LED indicators for functionality.

Warning

1. Do not exceed the total current capacity (200A) or per-circuit current limit (80A) to avoid overheating.
2. Use only AFS/Mini ANL/MIDI standard fuses to ensure proper fit and protection.
3. Apply dielectric grease to terminals for enhanced corrosion resistance, especially in marine or humid environments.
4. Ensure all wiring is properly insulated and secured to prevent short circuits or wire damage.
