Engineered for multi-device power distribution in extreme environments, our 2 Way AFS Fuse Holder (Power Distribution Block) provides reliable overcurrent protection while splitting power to two independent electrical systems. Featuring an IP67-rated sealed design, it safeguards standard AFS blade fuses (5-30A per circuit) against water, dust, vibration, and corrosion. Ideal for simultaneous power supply to LED light bars, auxiliary batteries, bilge pumps, winches, and other automotive, marine, or off-grid accessories.

Crafted with tinned copper terminals and UV-resistant flame-retardant nylon housing, this dual-circuit fuse holder minimizes voltage drop, ensures stable conductivity, and resists degradation from oils, fuels, saltwater, and extreme temperatures. Its compact structure integrates power distribution and overload protection in one unit, simplifying wiring and saving installation space.

Why This Outperforms Competitors?

Dual-Circuit Integration – Eliminates the need for separate distribution blocks and fuse holders, reducing installation time and space.

Enhanced Sealing Performance – Hermetic IP67 seal blocks moisture and dust ingress, preventing fuse and terminal corrosion.

High Surge Current Capacity – Handles surge currents up to 60A per circuit, adapting to high-power accessory startup demands.

Superior Chemical Resistance – Withstands exposure to oil, gasoline, diesel, saltwater, and industrial solvents.

Durable Construction – UV-resistant housing and tinned copper terminals ensure long-term reliability in outdoor and marine environments

Key Advantages

. Dual-Circuit Independent Protection – Separates power supply for two devices, avoiding mutual interference and ensuring targeted overload protection.

 IP67 Military-Grade Sealing – Withstands floods, engine bay humidity, and marine saltwater immersion, maintaining functionality in harsh conditions.

Zero Voltage Drop – Tinned copper terminals and thickened wires maximize conductivity, ensuring stable power transmission.

Vibration-Proof Design – Locking collar secures fuses and wire connections against off-road impacts and marine (vibration).

Universal Compatibility – Works with 12V/24V systems (cars, boats, RVs, solar setups, off-road vehicles).

Tool-Free Maintenance – Twist-to-open housing allows quick fuse replacement and circuit inspection.

 Integrated Power Distribution – Combines distribution block and fuse protection in one, reducing wiring complexity.

Installation Guide

1.Disconnect Power Source – Always detach the battery negative terminal first to avoid short circuits.

2.Route Wires – Cut the main power cable near the load area; strip 10mm of insulation from the cable ends.

3.Connect Terminals –

INPUT (Red Wire): Attach to the battery or power source via the 1/4" stud (use a washer and nut for secure fixation).

OUTPUT 1 (Black Wire): Connect to the first accessory (e.g., LED light bar).

OUTPUT 2 (Black Wire): Connect to the second accessory (e.g., auxiliary battery).

4.Insert Fuses – Install the correct AFS fuses (match the amperage rating of each connected accessory).

5.Seal Housing – Hand-tighten the top collar until the O-ring compresses fully (do not overtighten to avoid damaging the seal).

6.Test System – Reconnect the battery negative terminal; power on both accessories to verify normal operation.

Warning

Apply dielectric grease on terminals before installation to enhance corrosion resistance. Do not exceed the maximum amperage rating (60A per circuit) to prevent overheating.
