4 Stud Bus Bar – Heavy-Duty Waterproof Power Distribution Block for Automotive, Marine & Off-Grid Systems
Engineered for extreme durability and reliable power distribution, our 4 Stud Bus Bar (Power Distribution Block) is tailored to meet the demands of automotive, marine, off-road, and solar off-grid electrical systems. Featuring an IP67-rated sealed design, it provides robust protection against water, dust, vibration, and corrosion, ensuring stable performance in harsh environments such as engine bays, boat decks, and off-road vehicles. Ideal for distributing power to multiple accessories including LED light bars, winches, bilge pumps, solar inverters, and auxiliary batteries.

Crafted with high-conductivity tinned copper studs and UV-resistant, flame-retardant nylon housing, this power distribution block minimizes voltage drop and resists degradation from oils, fuels, and extreme temperature fluctuations. Its compact 4-stud configuration enables organized wiring, simplifying the connection of multiple power inputs and accessory outputs while reducing clutter in complex electrical setups. Whether for daily vehicle use, marine adventures, or off-grid solar systems, this 4 Stud Bus Bar delivers consistent and safe power distribution.

Why This Outperforms Competitors?

Superior Corrosion Resistance – Hermetic sealing and tinned copper components prevent rust and degradation from saltwater and chemicals.

High Surge Current Handling – Safely manages sudden power spikes up to 250A, protecting sensitive electronics.

Chemical & Temperature Resistant – Withstands exposure to oils, fuels, solvents, and extreme temperatures (-40°C to +125°C).

Key Advantages

 IP67 Military-Grade Sealing – Fully sealed housing with O-ring gaskets blocks moisture, dust, and saltwater ingress, perfect for marine and off-road applications.

 Zero Voltage Drop – Tinned copper studs maximize conductivity, ensuring efficient power transfer to all connected accessories.

 Vibration & Shock-Proof – Reinforced housing and secure locking fasteners keep the bus bar stable against impacts and rough terrain.

 Universal Compatibility – Works seamlessly with 12V/24V systems (cars, boats, RVs, solar setups) and multiple accessories.

 Tool-Friendly Installation – Bolt-on design with included hardware allows for quick and secure mounting.

 Organized Wiring – 4-stud configuration streamlines multiple connections, reducing wiring clutter and simplifying maintenance.

Installation Guide

Power Off & Prep - Disconnect the main power switch and verify the circuit is de-energized to avoid electric shock. Prepare tools: screwdriver, torque wrench (4–5 N·m range), and electrical tape.
Mount the Bus Bar - Select a flat, well-ventilated mounting location away from heat sources and moisture. Secure the bus bar to the cabinet or bracket using screws through the bottom mounting holes, ensuring it is stable and vibration-free.
Connect Main Power - Crimp a terminal onto the main positive cable, then slide it onto the main M5 stud of the bus bar. Tighten the nut with a torque wrench (4–5 N·m) to ensure a low-resistance connection and prevent overheating.
Connect Branch Loads - Attach the positive terminals of each load circuit to the remaining M5 studs. Tighten each screw sequentially, ensuring no loose wires or exposed metal conductors.
Insulation Protection - Place the black insulated dust caps over all metal studs to cover exposed terminals, preventing dust buildup and accidental short circuits.

Power On & Test - Restore power to the system, then use a multimeter to verify voltage consistency across all connection points. Confirm no abnormal heating, sparking, or voltage drops.

Warning

1.Apply dielectric grease to studs and terminals for enhanced corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments.
2.Do not exceed the rated current capacity; match wire gauge and accessory amperage to avoid overheating.
3.Ensure all connections are tight and secure to prevent loose contacts and voltage drop.
