Dual Stud Power Distribution Block – Heavy-Duty Waterproof Power Distribution Solution
Designed for high-demand electrical systems, our Dual Stud Power Distribution Block provides stable and safe power distribution for multiple accessories in extreme environments. With an IP67-rated fully sealed structure, it effectively isolates water, dust, salt spray, and debris, making it perfect for automotive, marine, RV, off-road, and solar off-grid applications. Whether powering LED light bars, winches, inverters, bilge pumps, or auxiliary batteries, this distribution block ensures reliable current transmission without voltage loss.

Crafted with tinned copper dual studs and flame-retardant PA66 housing, it resists corrosion, high temperatures, and mechanical impacts. The dual-stud design allows for simultaneous connection of main power cables and multiple branch circuits, realizing centralized power management and simplifying wiring layouts.

Why This Outperforms Competitors?

1.Better Current Distribution – Dual studs reduce voltage drop compared to single-stud blocks, ensuring consistent power for all accessories.

2.Superior Durability – Flame-retardant PA66 housing and tinned copper studs extend service life in harsh environments.

3.More Flexible Wiring – Supports multiple branch connections without additional adapters, reducing installation time.

4.Comprehensive Protection – IP67 rating + flame-retardant material + anti-loose locknuts, eliminating safety hazards.

Key Advantages

IP67 Waterproof & Dustproof – Fully sealed structure with EPDM gasket blocks moisture, dust, and saltwater ingress, suitable for marine and off-road use.
High Current Capacity – Dual 8mm tinned copper studs handle continuous 200A and surge 300A, meeting heavy-duty accessory needs.
Corrosion & UV Resistant – Tinned copper studs prevent oxidation; PA66 housing resists UV rays and chemical erosion (oil, fuel, saltwater).
Centralized Power Distribution – Dual-stud design supports main power input and multiple branch outputs, simplifying wiring and reducing clutter.
Easy Installation – Pre-drilled mounting holes (M5) for quick fixation; locknuts ensure stable wire connections.
Wide Compatibility – Works with 12V/24V systems (cars, boats, RVs, solar panels, off-grid generators).
Installation Guide
1.Select Mounting Location - Choose a well-ventilated, dry location in your vehicle, boat, or RV, away from heat sources and metal components, ensuring the distribution block will not vibrate after installation.
2.Secure the Distribution Block - Use screws to fasten the base of the distribution block to the selected location, ensuring it is firmly mounted.
3.Connect Main Power Cables -
Strip the insulation from the main power cables and crimp on appropriate ring terminals.
Connect the red distribution block to the positive power terminal and the black block to the negative terminal.
Slide the ring terminal over the stud, add a flat washer and lock washer, then tighten the nut.
4.Connect Load Devices - Attach the power cables of your electrical devices (also with crimped ring terminals) to the studs of the distribution block and tighten the nuts.
5.Install Protective Cover - Place the insulated protective cover over the distribution block and secure it with nylon nuts to prevent dust, moisture, and accidental short circuits.
6.Inspect and Test - Check all connections for tightness, ensuring no reversed polarity or short circuits. Power on the system and verify that all devices operate correctly.

Warning
Do not exceed the rated current to avoid overheating.
Keep the block away from high-temperature sources (e.g., engine exhaust pipes).
Do not modify the product structure.
For marine use, recheck the seal every 6 months.
