This 6 Way Busbar is a heavy-duty power distribution solution designed for 12V-48V DC electrical systems. It centralizes your circuit connections to eliminate messy wiring and reduce the risk of short circuits. Ideal for cars, RVs, boats, and solar setups, it supports high current loads up to 150AEngineered for extreme durability and reliable power distribution, our 4 Stud Bus Bar (Power Distribution Block) is tailored to meet the demands of automotive, marine, off-road, and solar off-grid electrical systems. Featuring an IP67-rated sealed design, it provides robust protection against water, dust, vibration, and corrosion, ensuring stable performance in harsh environments such as engine bays, boat decks, and off-road vehicles. Ideal for distributing power to multiple accessories including LED light bars, winches, bilge pumps, solar inverters, and auxiliary batteries.

Crafted with high-conductivity tinned copper studs and UV-resistant, flame-retardant nylon housing, this power distribution block minimizes voltage drop and resists degradation from oils, fuels, and extreme temperature fluctuations. Its compact 4-stud configuration enables organized wiring, simplifying the connection of multiple power inputs and accessory outputs while reducing clutter in complex electrical setups. Whether for daily vehicle use, marine adventures, or off-grid solar systems, this 4 Stud Bus Bar delivers consistent and safe power distribution.

Key Advantages

 300A High Current Handling – Meets the power demands of heavy-duty vehicles like trucks and RVs.

 Pure Copper Construction – Ensures low resistance, minimal energy loss, and long-term durability.

 6-Way Power Distribution – Simplifies connecting multiple electrical devices in one central location.

 Insulated Color-Coded Design – Red/black bases prevent short circuits and clearly distinguish positive/negative connections.

 Tool-Free, Secure Installation – Pre-drilled holes and included screws enable quick, stable mounting.

 EU Safety Certified – Complies with strict European electrical standards for enhanced reliability.

Installation Guide

Power Off & Prep – Disconnect main power and confirm the circuit is de-energized. Gather a screwdriver, torque wrench (4–5 N·m), and electrical tape.
Mount the Bus Bar – Secure it to a flat, ventilated location away from heat and moisture, using the bottom mounting holes for stability.
Connect Main Power – Crimp a terminal onto the main positive cable, attach it to the main M5 stud, and tighten to 4–5 N·m with a torque wrench.
Connect Branch Loads – Attach each load circuit’s positive terminal to the remaining M5 studs, tightening each screw securely.
Insulation Protection – Place black insulated dust caps over all metal studs to prevent dust buildup and short circuits.

Power On & Test – Restore power, then use a multimeter to check for consistent voltage and no abnormal heating or sparking.

Warning

1.Apply dielectric grease to studs/terminals for corrosion resistance (critical for marine use).
2.Do not exceed rated current; match wire gauge/accessory amperage to prevent overheating.
3.Keep all connections tight to avoid loose contacts and voltage drop.
