Knob-Type Battery Disconnect Switch – Heavy-Duty Waterproof Power Control
This Knob-Type Battery Disconnect Switch is a heavy-duty power control device designed for automotive, marine, RV, and off-road applications. It enables quick, tool-free isolation of battery power to prevent parasitic drain, protect electrical circuits, and enhance maintenance safety.

Featuring high-conductivity brass terminals (dual-type: ring terminal + post terminal) and a flame-retardant ABS housing, the switch delivers stable conductivity while resisting corrosion, vibration, and extreme environmental conditions. Its intuitive red knob operation (On/Off positions) simplifies power control, making it ideal for boats, trucks, campers, and auxiliary battery setups.

Why This Outperforms Competitors?

Brass vs. Ordinary Metal Terminals – High-conductivity brass resists corrosion better than standard steel terminals, extending service life in marine/salty environments.

Dual Terminal Flexibility – Most competitors only offer single terminal types; our ring+post design adapts to more wiring setups without extra adapters.

Intuitive Knob Control – Faster and more user-friendly than lever-type switches, especially in tight installation spaces.

Compact & Heavy-Duty – Smaller footprint than bulkier switches, while maintaining 200A continuous current capacity for high-power accessories.

Cost-Effective Durability – Flame-retardant housing and vibration-resistant structure outlast plastic-only competitor models in harsh conditions.

Key Advantages

Maximum Safety Protection: After power-off, the circuit is completely cut off, eliminating risks of battery drain, fire caused by short circuits, and electric shock during maintenance.
Ultra-Durable Materials: Brass terminals offer strong conductivity and oxidation resistance, while the engineering plastic base is high-temperature resistant and impact-resistant, withstanding extreme temperature differences and vibrations.
Tool-Free & Quick Operation: The large-sized knob design allows easy switching even with gloves on, enabling 1-second power-off in emergencies.
Full-Scenario Adaptability: IP65 dust and waterproof rating ensures stable performance in rainy off-roading, coastal yachting, and desert driving.
Non-Destructive Installation: Directly replaces the original car battery terminals without modifying wiring, compatible with over 99% of fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles.

Installation Guide
Safety Precaution: Ensure the vehicle is turned off, the key is removed, and the negative battery terminal is disconnected first (to prevent short circuits).
Connect Terminals: Secure the switch's brass terminal directly to the negative battery post (for positive-disconnect models, confirm the vehicle's circuit design first), and tighten the bolts with a wrench.
Fix the Switch: Mount the switch body to a flat surface near the battery using the included bracket or original vehicle structure to avoid shaking.
Function Test: Rotate the knob to the "OFF" position and attempt to start the vehicle to confirm the circuit is disconnected; then rotate to "ON" and verify the vehicle starts normally to complete installation.
Notes: Do not force disassembly while powered on, and avoid loose terminals that may cause arc erosion.
Warning
Do not exceed the rated current (200A continuous) to avoid overheating.
Avoid mounting near high-temperature components (e.g., engine exhaust).
